Her Side
Cat is an Architecture and International Studies student at Virginia Tech, with a love for the arts, food in general, and cats. In her second year at Virginia Tech, she was adopted by Brock's group of friends while he served a two-year church mission in Brazil. They introduced her to bad movies, late night fast food runs, and Brock. They told her often how well they'd get along and true to their predictions, when he came back, Cat and Brock became fast friends.
He later confessed his love, and she said no.
His Side
Brock is a Mechanical Engineering student at Virginia Tech, with an interest in robotics, cool technology, and eating Cat's cooking. Once he came back from Brazil, he became fast friends with Cat and eventually fell in love. She said no. But one day, they went to a bookstore together and he looked so excited over a special edition Bill Bryson (A Short History of Nearly Everything) that Cat realized that she did, in fact, have some feelings.
A little over two years later, he asked to marry her, and she said yes.
